Biospeedy® Clinical Molecular Microbiology Kit is used for infectious disease diagnostics in molecular microbiology including the detection, identification, quantification and nucleic-acid based resistance or susceptibility profiling of microbial pathogens.
Intended Use: Detection of Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitidis and Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria in total genomic DNA isolated from clinical specimens such as Serum, CSF, etc.
Intended Use: It is used to determine the level of genus, species and subspecies of Legionella bacteria present in samples such as water samples (drinking and utility water), clinical samples (Sputum, Bronchoalveolar Lavage, Tracheal Aspirate, etc.) and causing Legionellosis disease.
Intended Use: It is based on the principle of grouping bacterial samples by obtaining the bacterial DNA required for molecular testing from the appropriate strain of Legionella pneumophila bacterial culture which cause legionellosis disease and by performing multiple zone sequence typing (MLST) using high resolution melting curve (HRM) analysis.
Intended Use: It is used for detection of methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) DNA from DNA isolates obtained from clinical specimens like Nasal swab, blood, serum, CSF etc. by real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). The scope of the MRSA survey with the kit was targeted at the orfX-SCCmec intersection area.
Intended Use: The kit uses for the detection of vancomycin-resistant Enterococci (VRE) via real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) applied to DNA isolates obtained from clinical specimens like rectal swab, stool, blood, serum, BOS, etc. The vanA and vanB genes were targeted under the VRE screening kit.
Intended Use: It is used to detect the DNA of Carbapenem Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) in DNA isolates obtained from clinical specimens, rectal swab, stool, blood, serum, CSF, etc. by real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). In the scope of cre scans, blaKPC, blaNDM, blaVIM, blaIMP, blaOXA-48, blaOXA-51, blaOXA-23, blaOXA-58, blaTEM, blaSHV, bla(CTX-M), bla(CTX-M-15), bla(CTX-M-5) ve bla(CTX-M-3) genes are targeted by the kit.
Intended Use: The kit is a qualitative in vitro medical diagnostic device used to detect S. pyogenes in throat swab samples to aid in the diagnosis of AGBHS pharyngitis cases. Detection is accomplished by total DNA isolation from throat swabs and Q-PCR amplification of a region specific to the S. pyogenes genome.
Intended Use: Detection of Bordetella pertussis, Bordetella parapertussis, Bordetella bronchiseptica and Bordetella holmesii bacteria in clinical specimens by molecular method.
Intended Use: Determination of Listeria monocytogenes bacteria by molecular method which causing food poisoning by Listeriosis disease.
Intended Use: It is used for the determination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, which causes many diseases such as urinary tract infections, wound and burn infections, meningitis, bronchitis and septicemia.
Intended Use: Detection of pathogenic Shigella spp. Bacteria causes bacillary dysentery disease which spreads through contaminated food, water, etc.
Intended Use: Detection of pathogenic Vibrio cholerae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteria cause various infections, poisonings, cholera, etc. which spreads through contaminated food, water, aquatic products, etc.
Intended Use: Determination of Bacillus cereus bacteria causing foodborne poisoning and acute gastroenteritis disease by molecular method.
Intended Use: Determination of Clostridium perfringens bacteria which is a fecal contamination indicator in food and water samples and causes poisoning via producing toxin by molecular method.
Intended Use: Determination of food and waterborne Campylobacter spp. Bacteria causing gastric and intestinal infections (gastroenteritis, septicemia, intestinal commensia, etc.) by molecular method.
