High Resolution Melting (HRM)

HRM is the next generation analysis method for the melting curves of qPCR products. It is used when the variations in nucleic acid sequences are determined quickly and inexpensively by small changes in the melting curve. Bio-Speedy® HRM kits are tailored to a variety of templates and target types with improved HRM dyes and software.

Intended Use: Amplification of target gene regions in nucleic acid isolates with real-time monitoring and determination of sequence differences of common loci in nucleic acid isolates of different organisms by high resolution melting (HRM) analysis.
