Bioeksen is a Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Arı Technocity company. Bioeksen’s R & D team consists of ITU and Boğaziçi University (BÜ) researchers. The Bioeksen research team is also a member of the Microbial Ecology Group (MEG), which is also jointly established by ITU and BU.
It is a company which follows the technological developments and grows continuously, creates constantly unique to the product development, integrates its employees, customers and suppliers with the world, develop products that can be useful to collect, has international quality standards and prestige, and contributes to the country’s economy and a leader in biotechnology and a world-renowned biotechnology company.
During 16 years of MEG activity, 16 TUBITAK, 24 BAP, 1 TUBA and 2 international projects have been completed on biotechnology axis and 86 SCI articles have been published. At present, there are 2 COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology), 4 TUBITAK 1001, 1 TUBITAK 1003 and 1 KOSGEB R & D and Innovation project that MEG is operating.
